Green Owl Gives
Hey there...did you know ever since Green Owl was established in April 2019 we have given away all of our services for FREE to every single Not-For-Profit organization based in Broward County, Florida? Yes, it's true. It totals just over $275,000 of in-kind services, and it was our pleasure to do it!
Green Owl Tech is a Florida Benefit Corporation which means we are a for-profit business entity setup to solve a pressing social issue. For us, that pressing social issue is e-waste, and simply keeping it out of landfills, incinerators and from being shipped to developing nations not capable of processing it in a safe or healthy manner. We do this for Our Environment and of course, those who live in it.

We feel pretty good about what we do, but when we established the Company four years ago we decided we wanted to do more Our Community. Recycling e-waste costs money, and the cost of proper (sustainable) recycling prevents many people, and some companies, from recycling even their own e-waste. Looking for ways to do is when we decided to remove that cost barrier for Not For Profit organizations in our own hometown community!

Other Ways We Give...
Green Owl Tech is not affiliated with a given charity or nonprofit organization but rather we work with charities and nonprofit organizations across all of South Florida to provide refurbished electronics for their programs. This gives them access to reliable technology while allowing them to apply their own resources to what they’re good at: developing programs that help South Floridians across a vast network of social needs. Organizations qualified for donations through Green Owl Gives donation program include: registered charities, non-profit organizations, care facilities (seniors homes, hospitals, daycares, etc.) and educational institutions. As a mission-driven Florida Benefit Corporation we are committed to our Environment, our Community and to those living in it. We consistently push ourselves beyond the boundary of our Environment (The Environment) and commit to our Community wherever and whenever we can. If you've ever asked of us, then you know this. To our followers, we promise to spend more time telling this part of our story, but for now, here are a couple examples of the things we've been up to outside of our work week...
